What would you like help with?

Choose the closest starting point. You do not need to decide on a treatment.

A little about your visit.

Appointments and any separate treatment visits need to be discussed before you book travel.

How can we reach you?

Keep your message general. Please do not include scans, medical records or identity documents.

Before you get in touch.

What happens after you make contact?

The information can be reviewed to identify the likely treatment category and what still needs to be assessed. You may be asked for clearer photographs, a recent X-ray or additional information before any useful preliminary guidance can be given.

The final diagnosis and treatment plan are confirmed in person.

If you have an urgent dental problem

Difficulty breathing or swallowing, or rapidly spreading swelling that affects the mouth or neck, requires immediate emergency care. Severe dental pain, facial injury or persistent bleeding also needs prompt local assessment. Do not wait for a remote reply before seeking care.

Before you book flights

Ask whether the proposed treatment is likely to need:

  • one visit or more than one trip;
  • laboratory stages;
  • CBCT or other imaging;
  • healing time before a final restoration;
  • a review before you fly home.
